Lumosity offers “games designed to train your brain.” It has speed, memory, attention, flexibility, problem-solving, word, and math games. I’m gonna be honest with you – I have no idea if this is actually going to save your brain from anything. But it’s got lots of options, the games are fast and you can increase in levels, and it’s probably more fun than doomscrolling.
(And yes, it’s an app! Apple and Android.)
